Sadasia joined SignalFire in 2023 as the Head of Ecosystem to cultivate vital relationships with key customers, corporates, and strategic partners to drive portfolio growth. She leads SignalFire’s Mentor and Specialist program and supports the portfolio via scaled efforts that propel product-market fit, scale revenue, and foster potential future investments.
Before joining SignalFire, Sadasia was the VP of Community & Growth at CapitalG, where she envisioned the firm’s community strategy and built networks of portfolio founders, industry experts, and customers to drive portfolio growth. She designed and launched various community programs, such as roundtable discussions with industry experts, DEI strategies for portfolio companies, and customer advisory boards to drive top-line growth. During Sadasia’s time at CapitalG, she supported the senior leadership teams at growth-stage, pre-IPO, and public companies.
Before her time at CapitalG, Sadasia held leadership roles in Google’s People Analytics Department. There, she analyzed company-wide culture survey data for senior leadership teams and provided strategic and analytical support to the Chief Diversity Officer. Her expertise shaped Google’s 2019 Diversity Annual Report and played a vital role in the first major self-id campaign for Voluntary Self Identification (VSI) data. Additionally, she facilitated a popular Emotional Intelligence course for senior leadership teams and led community programming as a Black Googler Network chair.
Sadasia is a proud alumnus of Wesleyan University and thrives in interdisciplinary environments where she can design innovative solutions to critical problems from the ground up. She’s thrilled to activate her network and experience across growth-stage, pre-IPO, and public companies to support early-stage companies at SignalFire.
