David Klements became a SignalFire XIR in 2022 working alongside the investment team to evaluate investment opportunities across specialty healthcare tech companies. Through the XIR program, he joined SignalFire portfolio company Moxie as an independent board member to help scale the medspa business-in-a-box provider.
Previously, Klements was the President and CEO of Qualifacts for 14 years, where he scaled it into the largest SaaS vendor of integrated practice management and electronic record solutions for behavioral health and human service providers. He helped grow Qualifacts to over $100 million in ARR and over 1000 customers. He led the acquisition of Qualifacts' largest direct competitor, and continues to serve on its board.
Klements also serves as a board member for Hint Health, as an operating partner at Frontier Growth, and was previously a board member of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and was the board chair Nashville Technology Council.
