Chief of Staff, Z Fellows
Baylor Adams is the Chief of Staff for Z Fellows, a startup accelerator for top technical founders. Z Fellows is a one-week program where the most ambitious emerging founders are mentored by seasoned entrepreneurs, such as the founders of Netflix, Figma, Doordash, and Instacart. Baylor splits his time between New York and San Francisco running the Z Fellows program.
Prior to Z Fellows, Baylor worked in real estate private equity at Colony Capital on their originations team. Baylor graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration and International Relations.
