Andrew joined SignalFire in 2023 to assist the portfolio with talent acquisition initiatives across Go-to-Market functions.
Previously, Andrew established and scaled the Talent function at Lead Edge Capital, a growth equity fund primarily investing in software and services sectors. As the Head of Talent, he supported the firm’s portfolio in human capital and talent acquisition initiatives.
Prior to Lead Edge Capital, he worked at Artisanal Talent and SPMB, both retained search firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he executed executive placements for clients in both the Enterprise and Consumer sectors.
Andrew received his B.A. in Geography/Environmental Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Minor in Geospatial Information Systems & Technology.
Andrew is a Bay Area native and an avid sports fan who grew up attending Giants and 49ers games. He played competitive volleyball as a youth but now spends his free time traveling, painting, and mapping out the best restaurants across the globe.
