Ali is currently the founder and CEO of Neo in addition to being a prolific angel investor. Described by the San Jose Mercury News as one of “Silicon Valley’s top angel investors,” Ali Partovi has backed Airbnb, Dropbox, Facebook, Uber, and Zappos. After graduating from Harvard in Computer Science, he co-founded LinkExchange and later iLike. In 2013, Ali and his twin brother Hadi co-founded Code.org, which brings Computer Science to public schools and has introduced hundreds of millions of students to computer programming via the “Hour of Code.” His passions are rock-climbing, guitar, and sustainable agriculture, and he’s learning to play saxophone.
